Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Schedule customer appointments, enter orders, and manage data in systems
  • Coordinate logistics with customers and drivers for pickups and deliveries
  • Track delivery performance and resolve shipment issues promptly
  • Serve as primary customer contact, addressing questions and complaints




Qualifications:



  • Must have 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a logistics company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Skilled in diplomacy and conflict resolution and attention to detail
