Description The IT Product Management position is a technology leader who manages the Bank's software applications and IT focused projects, from planning and implementation to ongoing maintenance and optimization, ensuring they align with business goals and run efficiently. Key responsibilities include overseeing upgrades, monitoring performance, managing software budgets and vendor relationships, and coordinating development and support teams. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in software and systems, project management skills, and strong leadership and communication abilities. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A background screening will be conducted. College degree in the field of computer science, systems administration, business administration, or relevant major, or with 4+ years comparable work experience. Banking support experience preferred.
This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others.
