- Growth Marketing & Demand Journeys: Design and manage digital demand journeys across the funnel, integrating campaigns with marketing automation and CRM systems to drive conversion, acceleration, and ROI.
- Ad Buying & Campaign Optimization: Lead paid media strategy across search, display, retargeting, and social channels. Manage day-to-day execution and continuously optimize spend, performance, and pipeline contribution.
- Strategy to Execution: Translate business priorities into actionable digital strategies while owning tactical execution and delivery. Balance long-term vision with daily operations.
- Analytics & Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and reporting to measure site/portal performance, demand campaign effectiveness, and digital ROI. Use insights to refine strategy and optimize user journeys.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Marketing, Sales, IT, and Communications to ensure digital platforms and campaigns align with go-to-market strategies and deliver a unified brand experience.
- Be a leader who can also do the work-able to both set the strategy and dive into the day-to-day details.
- Collaborate seamlessly across the organization, building strong relationships with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, and beyond.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and key partner to the VP of Marketing, helping shape and execute the company's digital growth agenda.
- Foster and develop a highly effective team of Web Developers to attract and engage audiences through the successful execution of our corporate website.
- Mentor and train your team by evaluating employees' performance, recognizing areas for improvement, and providing reliable solutions to problems that may impact your team's effectiveness
What You'll Need to Succeed:
