Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Business Partnership

  • Serve as strategic point of contact for business area of focus
  • Ensure strong, productive business relationship with business partners, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Gain deep understanding of business process domains and business objectives
  • Partner with business communities to create & drive the delivery of a prioritized roadmap for technology solutions, ensuring alignment to business strategy & considering emerging technologies
  • Provide updates to technology plans and multi-year roadmaps in support of Annual Operating Plan
  • Lead presentations to leaders on initiatives, delivery to roadmap, systems performance & new concepts
  • Collaborate with corporate development and business leaders to support M&A due diligence and post-merger integration planning.

Technology Solutions

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide infrastructure including data centers, networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
  • Lead and mentor central & regional infrastructure and support teams across multiple geographies.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services.
  • Establish and enforce global standards, policies, and procedures for IT operations and support.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and analytics.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for infrastructure and support services.
  • Lead governance and performance reviews with MSPs, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and business outcomes are met.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, applications, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and risk mitigation.
  • Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure service quality, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Review and analyze existing technology effectiveness and efficiency, working with business partners to develop strategies for improving or leveraging these technologies
  • Educate the business and IT leadership regarding the value and usage of new industry technologies
  • Direct solutions analysis, feasibility studies, project scoping and planning. Balance competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources and risk.
  • Develop and manage area budget following Finance and IT departments guidelines.
  • Build strong, diverse IT team with solid business acumen & focus on delivering a positive customer experience. Foster continuous learning environment, encouraging growth, accountability positive culture
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems or business administration
  • 10+ years IT experience within a comparably sized or larger multi-national company is required
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and support, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT operations across multiple regions.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies (e.g., networking, virtualization, cloud, endpoint management).
  • Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management and security frameworks.
  • Deep experience / depth in domain area, both business and technology
  • Verifiable experience delivering business outcomes through technology and automation initiatives
  • Experience in strategic technology planning and execution
  • Demonstrated leadership; track record of building / leading teams in new endeavors & delivering solutions
  • Experience working with business teams, development teams, & cloud hosted / SaaS vendors
  • Experience in vendor negotiation and management for software development and services
  • Demonstrated ability in taking ownership and driving results
  • Must have strong people management experience with direct reports
  • Experience working with executive business leaders to enable business models, strategies and priorities
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and infrastructure
  • Experience leading infrastructure integration for M&A transactions.
  • Experience managing MSPs and driving strategic vendor partnerships.

Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. Employees at the level of Director and above are eligible to receive stock awards as part of their annual compensation package. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
