Title of Position: MBL System Administrator - Endwell, NY

Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Compensation Range: $65,000 - $90,000/annually. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Location: Position is On-site at Headquarters in Endwell, NY.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Maintain integrations and connections into other applicable systems and software including all test and production environments.
• Responsible for testing the accuracy and integrity of all data within the platform.
• Responsible for collaborating with internal IT staff and platform staff to manage
  integrations and upgrades to the platform.
• Responsible for data management of new and existing portfolios to collect, analyze, and use data to gain insight into portfolio performance and trends.
• Create, update, and manage all tracking records that are shared between the core operating system and the Baker Hill Platform.
• Responsible for ensuring all portfolio relationship ties and loan data are correct at all times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user feedback or system issues in a timely manner.
• Efficiently manage user support by submitting, tracking, and escalating vendor tickets as necessary to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Collaborate across MBL to enhance any platform process and ensure proper user support and training.
• Collaborate with platform representatives including the vendor and fellow credit unions to optimize processes and address pain points for successful implementation.
• Provide and deliver monthly reports as needed or requested by management.
• Review and update any lending disclosures with the VP/CMBLO for needed updates and compliance.
• Review platform release notes to ensure complete utilization of new features and functions with management as applicable.
• Work with the VP / CMBLO, MBL / AVP, MBL Director of Property Preservation, and the MBL Director of Credit and Operations as requested with special projects.
• Responsible for maintaining compliance standards within the platform.
• Responsible for collaborating with platform staff on upcoming compliance and
  regulatory updates.
• Responsible for communicating all regulatory and compliance updates within platform to all MBL team members and training as necessary.
• Provide departmental back-up coverage as needed.
• Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience are expected, 4-6 years of relevant experience are required without a degree.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in Baker Hill, the credit union core system, and commercial lending.
