• Pick, Pack and Stage as neededinthe CDC toinclude (Rack Pick, Small Carton pick and staging of all orders toinclude Dematic cartons).
• Facilitate unload and staging ofInbound transfer trucks.
• Monitor rack, wire and Dematic pick queue to ensure resources are directed accordingly to ensure on-time accurate customer experience with zero customer failures. Toinclude releasing orders for the picking process.
• Assist with email management as needed.
• Works closely with All Supervisors and assists with associate questions, training, and process compliance.
• Leadby example an effective and efficient team, with an emphasis on motivating, training, and uplifting of Associates.

• 
  

  Minimum three years' experienceina unique environment of operations, distribution, or logistics.

  
  
• 
  

  Knowledge of North Coast's system, processes, and products is preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong work ethic to workindependently and cooperatively as a team player.

  Attentive to detail and quality of all tasks.

  Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks. Strong communication and customer service skills.

  Good PC skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Email &Internet Use.

  Experience/knowledge of warehouse equipment and machines.

  Ability to work across departments.

  Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Workinvolves lifting, bending, and twisting to move products and materials.

  PowerIndustrial Equipment operation may be performedincluding forklifts, and pallet jacks, cherry pickers, walking riders, reach trucks, EZGo carts, hand trucks or dollies

  Usual 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, however based on business needs, evenings and weekend hours may occasionally be required.

  Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance

  
  

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
• Pay is $23.94/hour - $29.95/hour, DOE.
