What You Will Do:


  • Pick, Pack and Stage as neededinthe CDC toinclude (Rack Pick, Small Carton pick and staging of all orders toinclude Dematic cartons).
  • Facilitate unload and staging ofInbound transfer trucks.
  • Monitor rack, wire and Dematic pick queue to ensure resources are directed accordingly to ensure on-time accurate customer experience with zero customer failures. Toinclude releasing orders for the picking process.
  • Assist with email management as needed.
  • Works closely with All Supervisors and assists with associate questions, training, and process compliance.
  • Leadby example an effective and efficient team, with an emphasis on motivating, training, and uplifting of Associates.
  • Other duties as assigned


What You Will Bring:



  • Minimum three years' experienceina unique environment of operations, distribution, or logistics.



  • Knowledge of North Coast's system, processes, and products is preferred.



  • Strong work ethic to workindependently and cooperatively as a team player.



  • Attentive to detail and quality of all tasks.



  • Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks. Strong communication and customer service skills.



  • Good PC skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Email &Internet Use.



  • Ability to handle pressure.



  • Experience/knowledge of warehouse equipment and machines.



  • Ability to work across departments.



  • Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills.




Physical Requirements and Work Environment:



  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.



  • Workinvolves lifting, bending, and twisting to move products and materials.



  • Mix of warehouse, office and outside work environments



  • Frequent computer, phone, and scanner usage



  • PowerIndustrial Equipment operation may be performedincluding forklifts, and pallet jacks, cherry pickers, walking riders, reach trucks, EZGo carts, hand trucks or dollies



  • Usual 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, however based on business needs, evenings and weekend hours may occasionally be required.



  • Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance





Salary & Compensation:



  • This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
  • Pay is $23.94/hour - $29.95/hour, DOE.
