Strategic Growth Manager

Element has an opportunity for a Strategic Growth Manager to join our rapidly growing business. The Strategic Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth initiatives in the LCF/HCF department ensuring the laboratory's growth trajectory keeps pace with Element Strategic Plan. This role with have a strategic voice in driving equipment, people and procedure decisions in the lab. The right candidate must have a strategic mindset and be able to influence the lab to achieve our collective strategic goals. This role is instrumental in driving the doubling of the LCF/HCF department by 2028.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000/yr DOE

Education and/or Experience
* Previous experience in leading laboratory expansion, Kaizen/Lean events, and safety committees.
* Industry knowledge of LCF/HCF standards and clients.

Language Skills
*Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, customer testing specifications, and procedure manuals.

*Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Reasoning Ability
*Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

*Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, data and details furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

*Sound analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.

Physical Demands
* Frequency of required physical force: Occasional
* Lifting requirements: lifting <50 lbs. often
* Ability to stand on feet for 25% of time.

Other Skills and Abilities
* Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Proficiency in LIMS and AX
* Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities.
* Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs. Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.
* Ability to interface with all internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients
* Limited travel <5% involved
