Overview Element has an opportunity for a Strategic Growth Manager to join our rapidly growing business. The Strategic Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth initiatives in the LCF/HCF department ensuring the laboratory's growth trajectory keeps pace with Element Strategic Plan. This role with have a strategic voice in driving equipment, people and procedure decisions in the lab. The right candidate must have a strategic mindset and be able to influence the lab to achieve our collective strategic goals. This role is instrumental in driving the doubling of the LCF/HCF department by 2028. Salary: $100,000 - $140,000/yr DOE Responsibilities * Manage outside vendors and internal resources for adding/replacing additional equipment, including procurement, installation, calibration, and ensuring investments are on schedule and on budget.
* Develop a robust staffing/training model and support recruitment activities. * Lead Kaizen/Lean events to improve safety, quality, lead-time and implement solutions. * Develop safety policies and procedures that align to our growth goals and objectives. * Drive and support the Sales team to increase wallet-share and gain net-new customers.
