The Opportunity
Join Adobe as a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to drive marketing impact for the Business Professional audience in the Corporate segment. Collaborate cross-functionally on Q4 goals, including the launch of Acrobat Studio, increased Foundry spending, and Fiserv promotion.
What you'll Do
- Foster alignment with collaborators across GTM and CoE to ensure Acrobat Corporate marketing-led success.
- Proactively stay current with the latest industry trends, audience insights, and internal shifts in roadmaps, priorities, and value propositions.
- Diagnose issues and prescribe corrective actions through a deep understanding of marketing and revenue generation.
- Assist in showcasing the Business Professional product value to the ecosystem by crafting compelling narratives for dissemination across diverse marketing platforms.
- Influence revenue through Corp route-to-market by building, feeding, and optimizing each customer's journey to conversion.
- Develop a customer-first cross-functional marketing strategy to ensure that the execution ecosystem is aligned on the best ways to support and surpass revenue targets.
- Build relationships of trust with internal collaborators and customers to turn aligned business strategy into unified action.
What you need to succeed
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated history of influencing business outcomes through marketing efforts.
- Outstanding grasp of B2B marketing strategies and customer journey optimization.
- Strong diagnostic skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Ability to develop and implement flawless marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
