Job Description: The Job We're looking for a strategic facilities leader to join our myPlace Health PACE team and take full ownership of the physical infrastructure that supports our participants and care teams. This is a unique chance to play a meaningful role in our organization's mission to redefine the way older adults experience care as they age in place in their homes and communities rather than in a nursing home. This leader will be more than a project manager; they will be a steward of our brand's physical experience, a key partner to our leadership team, and a mentor to a growing facilities staff. You will be responsible for everything from leading our real estate strategy and overseeing complex construction projects to developing the long-term capital plans and operational programs that ensure our centers are safe, compliant, and always audit-ready. This role requires a leader who can masterfully balance strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and build a scalable, best-in-class facilities function that has a positive, direct impact on the experience of our participants and care teams. You Will Lead and mentor multi-site facilities teams (managers, supervisors, and technicians) for PACE clinical care sites, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving and accountability.
