We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the development and deployment of novel applications, leveraging generative AI models. You'll have the unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI research before it reaches the mainstream, translating innovations into market-leading solutions that solve real problems for legal professionals. This role focuses on rapidly developing new features, productionizing innovation beyond POCs, and working across partner teams to deliver solutions and maximize impact for Thomson Reuters' Gen AI products. You'll build products from 0-to-1 that transform how lawyers practice law globally. You will be instrumental in translating cutting-edge AI research into real-world products and demonstrating the capabilities of the latest generation models. We are looking for a manager with a strong track record of building and shipping software, and leading engineering teams, ideally with some experience in early-stage environments, where you may have contributed to scaling products from initial concept to production. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the opportunity to drive product & business impact, develop strong relationships with research and product development teams, and lead breakthrough innovations with immediate market impact. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $154,000 - $286,000. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
