Salary Range Starting at: $20.00/ per hour Job Overview As our Kettle Coordinator, you will work with employees and volunteers to raise funds need for services provided to individuals and families by The Salvation Army. You will oversee the daily operations of our Christmas Kettle campaign. What You Will Do:

Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed and all background check results will be reviewed. Experience: Experience working with volunteers and employees preferred. Experience organizing events and coordinating activity is extremely helpful Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard. Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: You will supervise multiple employees and volunteers on a regular basis. This will include supervising all paid bell ringers, drivers and others who assist in this area. Travel: Position requires travel daily Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office environment and in the community. Full-time temporary positional Monday through Saturday.
