Job Description: Perkins Coie LLP's nationally recognized Intellectual Property group is seeking a highly motivated Patent Prosecution Paralegal to join our team. This position will assist throughout the firm with coordinating and supporting all phases of U.S. and international patent prosecution matters. The individual in this role must possess experience and understanding of all aspects of U.S., Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), and foreign patent prosecution case support including preparing and filing patent applications and prosecution documents via the electronic filing systems, data collection and review, and utilizing document/information management databases. The applicant must demonstrate the ability to conduct legal research and complex factual investigations. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity. San Francisco Bay Area compensation range: $92,310.00 to $207,700.00 annually Colorado compensation range: $72,320.00 to $162,720.00 annually Los Angeles compensation range: $84,220.00 to $189,500.00 annually San Diego compensation range: $83,160.00 to $187,100.00 annually Washington state compensation range: $76,290.00 to $171,650.00 annually Washington, D.C. compensation range: $82,390.00 to $185,380.00 annually Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records that reside in Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco counties will be considered for employment in accordance with the applicable Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act. #LI-Hybrid |
