*Description*
We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a client of ours to provide hands-on and remote support for end-user devices and technologies. This role focuses on troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and user training across a range of hardware and software platforms. *Key Responsibilities:* * Support and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices * Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and multifunction devices * Provide AV support for video conferencing platforms * Assist with software installations, updates, and application issues * Deliver remote and on-site technical support * Maintain documentation and inventory of support activities * Travel up to 25%. *Required Skills:* * 3-5 years of experience in end-user support or desktop support * Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems * Experience with mobile device management and remote support tools * Familiarity with Active Directory. * Strong customer service and communication skills *Preferred Skills:* * Experience with device imaging and deployment tools * Technical documentation and reporting capabilities *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
