Who We're Looking For If you're curious, collaborative, and driven, this program is for you!

• RisingJunior or Senior in 2026 Interest in Banking, Wealth Management, Finance, or related fields (through your classes, experience, or campus involvement)
• Data-driven with a passion for building relationships
• Pride in accuracy and attention to detail
• Clear and confident communicator
• Skilled at staying organized, managing your time
• Comfortable with autonomy, but also energized by being part of a team
