Bancroft NeuroRehab is seeking a strategic leader with the ability to forecast trends, effectively lead clinical teams, and focus on evidence based practice. The Sr. Director of Clinical Services focuses on provision of excellent customer service and consistency of rehabilitation service delivery across all BNR programs.

Direct Support Professionals support those in our care to regain independence through rehabilitation, supervision, behavioral programming, social, and recreational activities.



Responsibilities

How You Can Make a Real Impact:

    Engage and supervise clinical directors of all outpatient programs to assure consistent clinical content across program locations for outpatient programs.
  • Bring your operational expertise to create budgets that support growth and service excellence with a focus on achieving/exceeding EBITDA and NOI targets.
  • Research and develop clinical protocols utilizing evidence based practice guidelines.
  • Demonstrate situational agility and the ability to forecast trends to then train and lead teams in new directions to support sustainable growth.
  • Recognize and develop top talent throughout the service line with a focus on succession planning and leadership development.
  • Develop, analyze and implement action plans related to metrics for outpatient programs with a dedicated focus on achieving top tier scores in patient satisfaction and clinical outcome measures.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in the development of best practices, implementing innovative treatment approaches and ensuring compliance with P& P's for BNH, DDD, and CARF.
  • Develop and enhance referral and payer relationships for long term sustainable progress and growth.

Qualifications

We are hiring clinical leaders who:

  • Have a Masters level degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or a related field, a PHD, PsyD, or Doctorate preferred
  • Bring a minimum of five years of related experience in neurological injuries and experience in the clinical field with extensive knowledge of outpatient therapy services.
  • Hold an active clinical license as required.
  • Supervisory experience required
