Physician - Otolaryngology

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery

• Valid state medical license or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.
