What to Expect This position is expected to start around January or February 2026 and continue through the Spring term (ending approximately May 2026) orcontinuinginto Summer 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year. Business Development team. In this role you will support in the development, implementation and execution of items that aid in strategic program planning and campaign development. Here you will assist the Program Manager in developing program resources and systems to support key sales objectives and market growth. Through online and offline campaigns and onsite and offsite programs, you will directly impact the company's revenue goals. The position reports to the Program Manager and is based in North America. Location: can be atany Tesla Site in North America What You'll Do Assist in the administrative support of North America programs intended to generate new leads and accelerate the sales cycle Aid in program/campaign calendar planning and maintenance of events Assist in the development and maintenance of available content for various programs Support in the creation of digital assets for programs and field sales teams as needed Assist with asset management; sourcing, delivery, and organization as needed Support in the development of field sales program resources and management; playbooks, request forms, available content or assets libraries, etc. Working with national partners to gather information and coordinate as needed Event and program success tracking and ROI Work cross-functionally with other business team members; analytics, web, fleet, etc. What You'll Bring Hardworking; willing to go way above and beyond Self-Starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfort with ambiguity & rapid change Eye for detail, even under pressure Passion for Tesla's products and belief in Tesla's mission to accelerate the transition toward sustainable energy High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project software applications for analysis and presentation Compensation and Benefits Benefits As a full-time Tesla Intern, you will be eligible for: Aetna PPO and HSA plans > 2 medical plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans.
