We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Dallas, TX!
Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party logistics platforms. * Develop and support connections with commerce platforms and middleware tools. * Advance our warehouse management framework across proprietary and partner systems. * Enhance shipping and carrier integrations, including rate management, reconciliation, and exception handling. * Define CI/CD pipelines, health checks, and observability tooling in collaboration with QA and Infrastructure. * Design event-driven systems for handling warehouse events, inventory updates, and order flows. * Rapidly prototype using AI-assisted coding tools. * Participate in architecture reviews, security planning, and backlog grooming. Required Skills * Strong experience with Python and Django. * Proficiency in PostgreSQL (data modeling, performance tuning). * Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EKS, Lambda, S3). * Familiarity with commerce and logistics domains (WMS, OMS, TMS, LMS). * Integration expertise using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, and event queues. * CI/CD and automated testing practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, pytest). * Ability to collaborate across product, operations, infrastructure, and support teams. * Ownership of system architecture and technical standards. * Mentorship and onboarding leadership. * Lead planning and stakeholder engagement. * Evaluate emerging technologies and developer tooling. Preferred Experience * Experience with integration platforms (IPAAS). * Understanding of physical logistics workflows (receiving, picking, packing, shipping). * Familiarity with pub-sub architectures and logistics APIs. * Exposure to frontend technologies (React) and multi-tenant systems. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
