RSM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deal Advisor to support our Digital & Data Services (DDS) team. This strategic role supports business development, delivery, and account teams to maximize funding opportunities for our clients. The Deal Advisor will focus on Microsoft funding programs such as MCI (Microsoft Commerce Incentives), Deployment Vouchers and ECIF (End Customer Investment Funding), ensuring alignment with DDS service offerings and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Microsoft partner incentives, including MCI and ECIF funding.

  • Collaborate with the pursuit team (business development, delivery, account management) to recommend appropriate funding programs and licensing structures.

  • Manage all aspects of funding details, including claims, SOW templates, timelines, tasks, proof of execution, and reconciliation with consulting projects.

  • Coordinate with Microsoft account teams to ensure seamless orchestration across all roles.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support informed deal-making decisions.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of deals.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive deal proposals and reports to senior management.

  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Metrics for Success:

  • Achieve a minimum of 30% increase in Microsoft partner incentives and ECIF funding year-over-year.

  • Successfully recommend and implement funding programs and licensing structures that result in 10% cost savings or revenue increase.

  • Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in managing funding details, including claims, SOW templates, timelines, tasks, proof of execution, and reconciliation.

  • Maintain a high satisfaction rate among internal teams and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in deal advisory, negotiation, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and deal management software.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft's solution areas and sales process.

  • Experience in project management.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
