The Position Job TitleMortgage Construction Portfolio Manager Job DescriptionSUMMARY This position is responsible for processing, system setup and servicing construction loans prior to and post-closing. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Performs initial setup of loan on servicing platform Ensures accuracy of system setup and performs any needed maintenance to the loan throughout the construction period. Ensures construction checking account is open prior to loan closing and closed at loan payoff. Reviews initial loan advance at closing Review and funds interim loan advance request. Order property inspection reports and down date endorsements. Coordinates with Construction Portfolio Manager and borrower to resolve any issues. Retains loan advance supporting documentation within the loan file. Process loan payoff request Monitors loan maturities and coordinates with the Construction Portfolio Manager any extension request. Follows up with Construction Portfolio Manager on loan maturities and outstanding receivables for interest and fees owed. ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES
