Job Overview The Sr. Director, Continuous Improvement, ACT establishes and leads a culture of Excellence in alignment with Acute Care Therapies' [ACT's] strategy and desired behaviors that simplify and optimize our ways of working resulting in the continuous elevation of the customer and employee experience. The Head of Continuous Improvement is highly competent as a process leader and uses a variety of skills such as project/process design, leadership, and change management to ensure performance and process development. The person in this position is responsible for using Lean Six Sigma principles or similar, to create, implement, and sustain an ACT Continuous Improvement framework and related governance, drive high impact continuous improvement initiatives, demonstrate financial impact to the organization, and create a platform that recognizes and rewards team members who have demonstrated continuous improvement. This role is involved in planning, scheduling, and implementing continuous improvement activities (such as Kaizen) and held jointly accountable with the Product Area (PA) VPs. The role will collaborate across all ACT PAs, and beyond, to align with other Business Areas (BAs). Key Duties and Responsibilities
