Logistics Engineering & Analysis Specialist

A Logistics Engineering & Analysis Specialist opportunity is available in Daytona, FL. This is a full-time, direct opportunity with benefits. This role focuses on the technical and analytical aspects of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).

Job Duties:
*Establish and sustain data elements within the Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR).
*Evaluate engineering data and documentation for supportability gaps and recommend resolutions.
*Analyze major systems and subsystems for lifecycle supportability.
*Identify alternatives to mitigate obsolescence risks.
*Support the creation and sustainment of S1000D-compliant technical data, wiring manuals, and technical orders.
*Collaborate with SMEs and engineering teams to align logistics requirements with design standards.
*Provide input to provisioning, spares determination, and sustainment planning.

Required:
*Strong knowledge of system lifecycle processes and phases.
*Experience with LSAR standards (MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-007) or equivalent.
*Familiarity with logistics databases (e.g., SlicWave*) or equivalent tools.
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and parts lists.
*Understanding of provisioning and sustainment requirements for complex systems.
*Familiarity with S1000D and technical data module development.
*Prior work on special access programs preferred.

Preferred:
*Prior military service or equivalent civilian aviation/maintenance experience highly valued.
*Hands-on maintenance or logistics engineering background.
*Experience authoring or reviewing S1000D technical data.
*Familiarity with provisioning processes and logistics support analysis tools.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $85,000 to $135,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
