Summary: We are seeking an experienced People Intelligence & Analytics leader to drive our global HR transformation. This role will design, implement, and scale our People Intelligence & Analytics workstream, leveraging primarily Workday platform which includes Prism, People Analytics SKU, Illuminate, and Innovation Services to create actionable insights for leaders, HR, and employees across Hitachi. This leader will play a pivotal role in transforming how data is used to drive business decisions, ensuring analytics are trusted, scalable, and embedded in the flow of work. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area.
