Production Associate

Summary: The Production Associate tests and inspects products at various stages of production process by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Interprets drawings, sketches and confers with management or Team Captain to determine quality and reliability standards.
* Records information on quality control forms.
* Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability. Report any problems to Team Captain/Management.

Qualifications:
* Education/Experience - High school education or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Language Ability - Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
* Math Ability - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
* Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A starting compensation range for this role is $29.12 - $38.34. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
