DATA ANALYST - JM - SENIOR Location: Bethesda, MD | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Overview DarkStar Intelligence seeks a highly qualified Data Analyst - JM - Senior to support high-level ODNI organizations in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain data management systems, integrate and analyze enterprise data, and create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evaluate data management systems, including database modeling and architecture.
- Create and manage data repositories using data mapping, mining, and transformation tools.
- Integrate disparate data sources using ETL processes.
- Analyze enterprise services to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends for improvement.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization products.
- Support data calls, surveys, and enterprise-wide data collection efforts.
- Communicate technical findings clearly in narrative, graphical, and verbal formats.
- Apply statistical methods, machine learning, NLP, and pattern recognition to extract insights.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- BA/BS and 7+ years of data analysis experience, or no degree and 12+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Access, Excel, Python, R, SQL, VBA
- Skilled in data visualization with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data engineering, and enrichment
- Ability to gather requirements and apply analytic methodologies to deliver actionable results
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience within the Intelligence Community
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience developing, deploying, and managing cloud-based applications
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000 per year This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
