Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing plays a key role in advancing White & Case's global brand and business objectives through the development and execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital, content, and recruitment marketing-ensuring consistency, strategic alignment, and measurable impact across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented marketer with a strong understanding of brand storytelling, campaign management, and cross-functional coordination in a complex, global environment.

The Team

The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, is a member of the newly formed Integrated Marketing team that oversees brand strategy, digital marketing including website and social media, and client and talent marketing campaigns. The Integrated Marketing team partners closely with members of the Data & Analytics, Marketing Tech, Communications and Creative Services teams. Members of the immediate team are based in both the Firm's New York and London offices.

The Broader Function

The role resides within the Global Marketing and Business Development function, an integrated team of more than 250 marketers based throughout the Firm's 46 offices across the globe. Marketing and BD consists of several key departments: Business Development, Marketing Technology, Creative Services, Global Events, and Communications. Together, we drive the Firm's strategic growth by delivering innovative marketing solutions, fostering client relationships, and enhancing the Firm's market presence. Our collective objectives are to support the Firm's business goals, promote its global brand, and create a cohesive and compelling narrative that resonates with clients, prospects, and employees alike. Through collaboration, creativity, and strategic insight, marketers at White & Case ensure that we reach and engage our target audiences effectively, elevating the Firm's reputation and contributing to its success.

Led by a new CMO, marketing at White & Case value team members who bring a broad range of experiences and expertise, from both within and outside the legal industry. The team's mission is to make White & Case one of the world's most admired brands.

Responsibilities

Brand Activation & Sponsorships:

  • Champion the activation of White & Case's new brand positioning by helping to lead the development and execution of compelling, high-impact brand campaigns that elevate market perception and support business growth.
  • Project manage the end-to-end RFP and onboarding process for creative and strategic agency partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives across deliverables such as visual identity, web design, and creative storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to drive day-to-day campaign optimization and strategic media planning, ensuring cross-channel integration and performance alignment.
  • Partner with internal creative, content, and digital teams to maintain consistency, quality and innovation across all brand touchpoints.
  • Evolve the Firm's sponsorship and partnership strategy to maximize brand equity, enhance client engagement, and align with broader firm initiatives.

Employer Brand / Recruitment Marketing:

  • Help manage the development of global and local recruitment marketing programs for key markets focused on entry-level lawyers (students and recent graduates), lateral hires (associates and partners) and business services professionals.
  • Optimize the candidate journey across digital, social, and experiential channels, ensuring a seamless and differentiated employer brand experience at every stage.
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategy team to deliver high-impact recruitment content-including video, editorial, and social storytelling that amplifies the Firm's unique culture and value proposition.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and best practices in employer branding to ensure White & Case remains an employer of choice in key markets.

Practice and Industry Group Marketing Support:

  • Design and execute integrated, insight-driven marketing campaigns tailored to priority practices and industries, aimed at increasing client acquisition, retention, and market share.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to develop targeted marketing strategies aligned with client needs, market dynamics, and firm growth priorities.
  • Monitor and interpret performance data to optimize marketing tactics and report on key campaign KPIs, demonstrating marketing's contribution to commercial growth and brand outcomes.

Digital Marketing:

  • Help oversee the strategic direction, content delivery, and performance optimization of the Firm's global website, ensuring an intuitive and impactful digital presence that reflects the Firm's brand and business priorities.
  • Partner with the Creative Services team to continuously evolve the Firm's visual identity, ensuring brand consistency and modernity across all platforms and materials.
  • Contribute to the development of integrated brand storytelling initiatives that authentically articulate the White & Case identity across digital and experiential channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Communications, Business Development, Events and Creative teams, ensuring integrated planning and brand alignment across firmwide initiatives.
  • Drive coordination within the Integrated Marketing team by connecting efforts across brand, social media, executive communications, recruitment marketing, paid media and sponsorships - ensuring unified messaging, strategic cohesion, and efficient execution across all channels and initiatives.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration and excellence by bringing a marketing lens to cross-departmental projects and firm priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; Advanced degree (MA, MBA) a plus.
  • 9+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management or professional services marketing-ideally within a global B2B or legal/consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact, including brand, digital, content, and recruitment marketing.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital branding, and content strategy to drive brand impact.
  • Experience managing global brand initiatives and governance in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, designers, and marketing teams to execute high-quality brand assets and campaigns.
