We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our WD WPM Finance team. This remote role will report directly to the Global Finance Director - WPM TSSO and will serve as a strategic & commercial business partner supporting JLL Engineering business consolidation, global expansion with rapid growth while driving financial excellence across our Technical Services and Sustainable Operations (TSSO) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Lead comprehensive management reporting processes for Technical Services and Sustainable Operations
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, annual budgeting and forecasting for TSSO service lines
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to drive business performance
  • Own and optimize month-end close processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare executive-level financial presentations and reports

Business Partnership

  • Serve as primary finance business partner to TSSO leadership and operational teams across all service offerings
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to support business decision-making and growth initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
  • Support business case development and investment analysis for technical services initiatives working with SD on commercial offerings
  • Partner with operational teams to develop financial models and metrics

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present financial results and insights to all levels of the organization, from operational teams to regional teams and global leadership
  • Interface with external stakeholders (clients, auditors, and vendors as needed)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across global TSSO teams
  • Communicate financial impact of TSSO to leadership/regions

Process Improvement

  • Working closely with Capital Markets to integrate JREDD business into existing WD business lines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations within TSSO
  • Support system implementations and automation initiatives with a focus on AI
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting

Required Qualifications:

Experience & Background

  • 8+ years of progressive finance management experience
  • Proven business partnering experience with cross-functional teams
  • Strong background in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Experience with month-end close processes and financial controls

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems
  • Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Communication & Leadership

  • Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences
  • Comfortable presenting to all organizational levels and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification preferred

Estimated compensation for this position:

160,000.00 - 190,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
