Summary: Hybrid working position
The Record Retrieval Service Representative role performs health information activities necessary to obtain, import, review and validate electronic records.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Medical terminology credential/certificate or equivalent required within six months of start date.
  3. Experience: One year EPIC or other EMR experience required. Two years of document imaging experience required. Three years of experience in a healthcare related setting or experience with Health Information Management preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Medical terminology course required, must be obtained within six months of hire.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
