Staffmark is hiring an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team at a leading third-party logistics company in Perris, CA. If you're skilled with warehouse equipment and ready for a hands-on role with growth potential, this is the opportunity for you!

Pay & Schedule



  • $19-$20 per hour
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM



What You'll Do



  • Operate Raymond equipment: Reach Truck, Cherry Picker/Order Picker, and Pacer
  • Move and organize inventory using Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
  • Pick, pack, and stage products accurately and efficiently
  • Lift and carry products up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Stand and move throughout your shift while supporting team objectives



What We're Looking For



  • 1+ year recent experience operating Raymond Reach, Cherry Picker, Pacer, Order Picker, and EPJ
  • Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and eager to grow
