The GTM Strategy Consultant provides support to the Senior Director GTM Strategy and Local Solutions to develop Go-To-Market strategies for Commercial Markets, under 65 segment, that deliver on Corporate and Segment priorities. This critical role will help drive business growth and achievement of targeted results by assessing the market and defining comprehensive go-to-market strategies that meet the evolving needs of Commercial Markets target constituents and other key stakeholders. The successful candidate will tie their work back to company, segment, and sales goals, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving measurable impact on business outcomes.

What are the key responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis: Conducting background research, gathering corporate and business strategies, and commissioning stakeholder research to understand the market.
  • GTM Strategy Development: Synthesizing internal and external insights to develop a GTM strategy, facilitating modeling and scenario planning, and defining tactical performance and ROI goals.
  • Strategy-to-Execution Transition: Facilitating strategic integration and alignment across teams, reviewing and validating tactical plans, and ensuring alignment with GTM strategies and corporate goals.
  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of GTM execution, advising on tactical plan adjustments, and integrating performance insights into future strategy development.
  • Segment Knowledge Development: Developing and maintaining knowledge of at least one Commercial Markets segment, including requirements, processes, market landscape, competition, and applicable health rules.

What is Required:

  • 6+ years related work experience in go-to-market consulting or marketing, product, or strategy work

  • Demonstrated related corporate, market, and business strategy experience with thorough knowledge of the health industry

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across the organization (and externally) in order to properly integrate strategies and provide tactical plan input

  • Experience setting clear, actionable objectives and focus on strategic and actional tical plans for result attainment

  • Hands on experience in evaluating program analytics to determine ROI

  • Experience in and/or advanced knowledge of the marketing process including segmentation, targeting, and market communications

What is Preferred:

  • Experience in and/or advanced knowledge of strategy development, market planning, scenario planning, and market modeling

  • Experience working within a matrix or virtual organization

  • Knowledge and experience with Under 65 and Group Segment processes and tools

  • Understanding of Florida Blue sales and enrollment processes and systems.

General Physical Demands

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $97,900 - $122,400, within full annualized range of $97,900 - $159,100

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
