Description/Job Summary:

The On-Site Supervisor directs and coordinates the daily operations and maintenance activities at federal facilities in San Diego, CA. This position ensures that staff and subcontractors carry out scheduled and unscheduled services safely, efficiently, and without disruption to government operations. The Supervisor works closely with the Project Manager, provides immediate oversight of onsite personnel, and ensures that service delivery meets contract requirements on a day-to-day basis.

Required Experience & Skills



  • Minimum of 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience supervising building mechanical operations and maintenance for facilities of comparable size and complexity





  • Proven ability to lead, schedule, and coordinate teams to complete daily work requirements





  • Strong communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently



Preferred Experience & Skills



  • Prior experience supervising operations in government or institutional facilities





  • Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (Niagara N4 preferred)





  • Experience documenting work performance and reporting to management
