nd is responsible for operational, financial and administrative oversight of the practice. The Practice Manager will establish and implement best practices to ensure location is run efficiently and business objectives are successfully met. This position will oversee and manage clerical and
clinical associates and ensure adequate staffing schedules and coverage, performance metrics and continuous training. This position will be responsible for patientthroughputand act as the liaison between associates, patients and providers to increase productivity, patient volume, manage expenses as well as ensure patient satisfaction. This position is responsible for maintaining all regulatory standards and procedures which apply to the practices of the department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The Practice Manager will oversee financial reconciliation to ensure payments are received and monitor the financial revenue of the practice. This position will coordinate with other Dentistry practice managers and leadership to collaborate on practice strategies and processes to run the location efficiently and deliver patient care.The practice manager is expected to support practice operations as needed during staffing challenges.
Requirements/ Qualifications
High school diploma/ GED Required
Associates degree preferred
Supervisory experience,
and/ordentalpra
ctice management experience required
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate to Physicians, associates and patients
Financial management skills-(including mathematical concepts and calculations, business planning)
