Sanitation Manager
Classification: Exempt Salary Range: $75,000 Reports to: Operations Manager Date: September 2025 Job Description We are looking for an experienced Sanitation Manager with knowledge of USDA's requirements, advanced cleaning programs, and chemical safety. Accountable for the cleanliness and inspection readiness of the facility, along with overseeing dishroom production and throughput. Spending 80% of the time assigning and verifying the completion of work. Training staff in new chemicals or equipment. Essential Functions

Supervisory Responsibility This position has supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a food manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The employee frequently is required to stand for long periods, walk; reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Schedules are based on our needs, were a 24/7 facility and candidates will need to be able to work any schedule, any day including holidays and weekends.
