Position Description

ENSCO, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst (Level 4) to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Organization (ATO) NAS Enterprise Services Group (AJW-17). This position will provide assistance in program oversight and security engineering activities that contribute to the safety, security, and operational excellence of the National Airspace System (NAS).

The selected candidate will work under the guidance of senior program staff to assist with planning, coordination, and tracking of program activities. Responsibilities include:




  • Helping to prepare and maintain program documentation



  • Drafting basic reports



  • Assisting with budget tracking



  • Monitoring the status of action items and deliverables



  • Supporting coordination across technical, operational, and policy teams to facilitate communication, gather information, and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time



  • Maintaining simple program metrics



  • Assisting with audit and compliance activities



  • Participating in process improvement initiatives




Qualifications Required




  • Bachelor's degree in a related information technology field (may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience)



  • 6-10 years of experience (Master's degree may substitute for 3 years of experience; PhD may substitute for 7 years)



  • Familiarity with program planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking, with the ability to support senior staff in monitoring deliverables



  • Experience preparing basic reports, meeting documentation, and draft presentations for leadership and stakeholders



  • Exposure to budget tracking and resource planning processes, with the ability to assist in data collection and reporting



  • Understanding of federal compliance documentation and configuration management processes, with the ability to support reviews and record-keeping



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheets)



  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes



  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a federal or mission-critical environment


  • ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR WHICH, YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN


Qualifications Desired




  • Experience working with the FAA ATO is highly desired



  • Familiarity with data call coordination, policy documentation, and risk tracking to support program oversight



  • Prior exposure to FAA or other federal program management environments, especially in IT or cybersecurity



  • Active Secret security clearance
