Responsible for developing and delivering professional development programs and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals.
Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements. -Conduct needs assessments, analyze training gaps, and design learning objectives and outcomes for in-service training sessions. -Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and multimedia resources, using instructional design principles and adult learning techniques. -Incorporate innovative training methods and technologies to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
