As a Sales Solution Consultant - Retirement, you'll utilize your in-depth product knowledge to help sales staff uncover requirements and recommend solutions. Your unique expertise will help us advance the way the world pays, banks and invests, while you advance your own career with a growing, global organization.

The Pre-Sales team forRetirement at FIS is a fast-paced, high-growth area focused on bringing maximum value to our customers. The FIS Retirement team has been the leading provider of retirement recordkeeping software and services in the industry for the past 4 decades. The retirement landscape is going through a transformation where recordkeepers are looking for sustainable and cost-effective operating models that focus on automation and intuitive user experiences that offer more self-service to the end consumer.

What you will be doing:

You will be leading our effortsinnot only maintaining our position as a leader in the market, but expanding our Retirement footprintin the U.S. and across around the world. The Sales Solution Consultant will work with customers to understand business requirements and growth plans needed to fulfill the customers business goals. After understanding the business objectives, the Sales Solution Consultant will beresponsible for coordinating with FIS Product, Sales, and Professional Service teams, as well as working with our clients and new prospects in the role as a trusted advisor by providing detailed presentations and demonstrations of functional aspects of the solution suite. You will be providing expertise and vision that will detail how FIS Retirement solutions will fit within their landscape and provide a roadmap for an FIS Retirement ecosystem.

You will be the primary subject matter expert responsible for demonstrating the value our solutions to our customers through client meetings, responses to RFPs or solution inquiries, demonstrations and presentations, proofs of concept, and detailed workshops (when required).Job responsibilities include:

  • Be an industry subject matter expert.
  • Drive alignment between; Marketing, Go-To-Market, Professional Services, Product Management, and Sales organizations.
  • Provide in-depth demonstrations and presentationsto prospective clients.
  • Answer RFPs and RFIs
  • Lead workshops for proof of concept (when required).
  • Train internal Sales on the value of the solution
  • Support sales representatives and help the internal product organization define emerging propositions.
  • * Identify functionality gaps with sales representatives and prospects.

What you will need:

  • Retirement Recordkeeping Industry background.
  • Industry experience in collateral requirements for retirement recordkeepers, with experience in the North American market.
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in teamwork and leadership a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills presenting to and leading discussions for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills speaking to all levels of management including internal and external executive leadership
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with open and transparent communication.
  • A willingness to travel to customer sites to build relationships.
  • An interest in technology and how it can help improve collateral performance.
  • A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously learn.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with FIS Retirement Products (Omni), or competitive systems for the same purpose.
  • Retirement Recordkeeping experience and understanding.
  • Creativity and pragmatism.
  • Worked in the Retirement Recordkeeping Industry.
  • International business experience

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $116,780.00 - $192,690.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
