Job Description

• Create, verify, and send outgoing certifications
• Receive, verify, enter, and file incoming certifications
• Review BOL's to confirm certifications were shipped
• Communicates work orders with internal and external testing sources
• Verify material prior to shipment
• Enter chemistries and physical test results into online system
• Enter mill claims and maintains records
• Create corrective action requests and maintains corrective action system
• Enter data into multiple quality systems
• Create, edit, and maintain quality assurance systems documentation
• Maintain customer specification and drawing files and database
• Respond to internal and external customer requests
• Assist with quality audits

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00/hr

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in related field
• 1+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of basic computer applications, notably Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Knowledge of steel industry and various products
• Knowledge of computerized document control
• Ability to problem solve and organize
• Skilled in customer service
