They develop and manage communication plans to promote technologies, using creative approaches to engage underserved groups. This includes creating, updating, proofreading, and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of communications. The analyst leads Digital Literacy projects and campaigns, defining and tracking metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of promotional events. Additionally, the analyst sources and creates content to support end-user technology adoption, including email broadcasts, news articles, presentations, reference materials, websites, and videos. They collaborate with peer Technology Organization teams to understand emerging technologies and convey technical information in accessible formats to the enterprise. Creativity is essential for producing engaging content while maintaining corporate branding standards. The analyst organizes and hosts both in-person and online Digital Literacy events, leads meetings to gather content from Technology Organization teams, and consults with business teams to assess training needs. *Skills* Sharepoint, O365, Viva engage, Power Platform, technical writing, presentation skills, powerpoint, collaboration *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Leverage technical expertise to develop and execute strategic digital communication plans that align with organizational goals, address stakeholder needs, enhance user engagement, and streamline information delivery. *Manage communication timelines and project calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives *Draft, edit, and proofread communications including companywide messages, newsletters, Viva Engage communities, and digital content ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, legal standards, and corporate policies *Create engaging content for our internal technology website and intranet platforms, covering educational guides, information on new releases, training videos, and technology success stories *Manage website content and host meetings to gather article information from across the Technology Organization *Support emergency communication and change management efforts with clear, timely, and sensitive messaging *Maintain and upgrade the organization's website by conducting content audits to remove redundancy, suggesting and implementing improvements to user experience, and ensuring quality and efficiency through regular testing *Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and leadership, to ensure message consistency and alignment *Create customized graphics and training materials for non-technical audiences, host educational sessions, and assist in capturing metrics *Develop strategies to grow website usage and web traffic, analyze audience feedback and communication performance metrics to optimize messaging strategies *Utilize tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Stream, Clip Champ, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and project management platforms to streamline communication *Stay updated with industry best practices and trends *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $118000.00/yr.
