Partner with the Best The Process & Tools Leader plays a critical role in enabling consistent, efficient, and scalable execution of integration and separation initiatives across the enterprise. The role leads the creation of blueprints that define the end-to-end execution model for integration and separation programs, ensuring clarity, alignment, and repeatability. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining standardized playbooks, templates, and tools, ensuring their adoption across projects, and driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices. As a Process & Tools Leader - M&A Integration & Separation CoE, you will be responsible for: Lead the strategic design and implementation of scalable processes and tools that drive operational efficiency across the Integration and Separation programs.
