Who We're Looking For

You're a collaborative and strategic Human Capital professional who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and performance. With a broad foundation in associate relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits, you know how to deliver both day-to-day support and long-term value. You're energized by solving complex issues with data-driven insights and by building scalable, people-first solutions that enhance the associate experience. If you're known for your ability to drive results, improve culture, and operate with trust and discretion-this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Human Capital Business Partner, you'll deliver full-spectrum support across the associate lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers, helping to navigate performance management, incentive planning, associate relations, and leave coordination. At the same time, you'll play a central role in implementing culture-building programs, recognition efforts, and process improvements. With a strong handle on compliance, communication, and data analysis, you'll also lead policy initiatives, support benefit programs, and collaborate closely with Payroll and Accounting to ensure alignment across departments.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to managers, supporting associate relations, talent management, benefits, compensation, onboarding, and terminations.

  • Lead the full-cycle performance and incentive compensation processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Partner with the Human Capital team to analyze internal and external data and drive strategic decisions.

  • Design and implement culture and recognition initiatives, using engagement survey results to inform improvements.

  • Contribute to policy development, maintain the Human Capital Connections portal, and support personnel communications.

  • Coordinate benefits administration including open enrollment, new hire enrollment, and day-to-day inquiries.

  • Assist with timecard infractions, payroll approvals, audits, and cross-functional Human Capital projects.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in associate relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development.

  • Proven ability to build trust, develop strategic relationships, and deliver client-focused solutions.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business tools.

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary:$71,000 - $107,000/YR, plus strong bonus potential.

  • 401(k) plan with employer match.

  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.

  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:

    • Health savings accounts (HSA)

    • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)

    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Generous paid time off and bank holidays.

  • Access to training and professional development programs.

  • Sponsorship and support for obtaining professional certifications.

  • A culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success.
