Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor in Blue Ash, OH! In this role, you will oversee CNC machining operations, driving production goals while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
This hands-on position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Pay: $26/hr

Shift: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities



  • Supervise, coach, and motivate production team members
  • Coordinate schedules, workflow, and resources efficiently
  • Monitor processes for quality and safety compliance
  • Conduct inspections and resolve issues with Quality Assurance
  • Provide training, mentorship, and cross-training opportunities
  • Track production metrics and identify process improvements



Qualifications



  • 3+ years in manufacturing supervisory or team lead role (CNC preferred)
  • Knowledge of machining processes, precision components, and tight-tolerance production
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement a plus
