City/State: Bronx, New York Grant Funded: Yes Department: CMO - Wecare Work Shift: Day Work Days: MON-FRI Scheduled Hours: 8:30 AM-5 PM Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS Pay Range: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 The Data Analyst will create, validate, interpret, and maintain various reports and datasets to support data accuracy/validity and programmatic reporting. This includes but is not limited to daily data reconciliation across multiple data entry systems, daily/weekly operational reports, descriptive and trend statistical analyses with the application of best practices in the implementation of these techniques. This person will be active in and provide recommendations for outcomes measures balancing the availability of data with the intended goals of the programs. The Data Analyst will present their analysis to the Assistant Director of Data & Reporting, Leadership Team, and various other conferences and meetings. The Data Analyst assists the Assistant Director of Data & Reporting in facilitating training for SEAMS (HRA, funder- electronic medical record system) and the developing related training materials for UBA WeCARE Team. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree (data analytics, data visualization, statistics, computer science, health administration, epidemiology, or related fields) with at least 1 year of experience as a data analyst. At least 1 year's health care experience in an analytic position utilizing large data sets. Experience working with teams in assessing and implementing optimal workflows and documentation procedures to ensure accurate and valid data output for use in required programmatic reporting, program monitoring and support additional evaluation and performance analysis. Advanced knowledge of Excel required. SAS experience/certification, Python, R and/or SQL are a plus. Work locations required split time between the Bronx (Grand Concourse) and Queens (Union Hall Street) loactions. Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
