Job Summary

The Program Coordinator for ENLACE Aftercare coordinates daily operations across program sites, ensures compliance with reporting requirements, supports student recruitment and retention, and strengthens community and school partnerships. The coordinator supervises staff and student assistants, manages program assessments and reporting, and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance program quality and sustainability.

  • Coordinates daily activities of ENLACE after-school program sites, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with program goals. Conducts daily visits to assigned ENLACE after-school program sites.
  • Serves as primary liaison, builds and maintains relationships with site coordinators, school administrators, and community partners.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new after-school program staff.
  • Ensures program adherence to The Children's Trust, MDCPS, and DCF guidelines.
  • Oversee student assessment processes (ORF, MAZE, PACER), ensuring accurate proctoring, scoring, and data entry into Trust Central.
  • Prepares and submits programmatic and compliance reports for internal and external review.
  • Tracks and reconciles program accounts, assists with budget preparation, and ensures fiscal accountability.
  • Serves as the University credit card user for departmental transactions. Adheres to university credit card policies and procedures. Maintains record of requisitions and credit card transactions. Provides details of transactions as needed for account reconciliation and reporting purposes. Compiles, submits, and follows expense reports for faculty and students.
  • Coordinates volunteer participation and tracks involvement to support program delivery.
  • Coordinates and facilitates outreach events, workshops, and informational sessions to promote the ENLACE program.
  • Provides guidance, builds and maintains relationships with students and families on program participation, academic progress, and available resources.
  • Provides day-to-day support to site coordinators with recruitment, enrollment, scheduling, and retention of students.
  • Supports grant-writing efforts and special projects to expand ENLACE services.
  • Identifies opportunities for program improvement through research, data analysis, and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, providing updates and addressing concerns about student participation.
  • Prepare reports, maintain program files, and ensure accurate documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of office or related experience.
