This role is based in our Atlanta, GA office.

About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to support our sales operations in the dynamic events industry. You'll combine administrative excellence with sales support functions, applying your organizational skills and technological aptitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Process and track sales orders, contracts, and client communications with meticulous attention to detail
  • Manage high-volume administrative functions while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with event preparation, coordination, and follow-up activities
  • Support multiple teams across the organization on various projects
  • Handle financial documentation including invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking
  • Travel occasionally to event locations to provide on-site support
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, event coordination, or B2B sales support
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and event performance metrics
  • Advanced skills in Excel for data management, PowerPoint for presentations, and Outlook for communication
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities for client interactions and internal coordination
  • Analytical thinking and ability to resolve issues quickly during event planning and execution
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
