This role is in the Quality Assurance team, focusing on QNXT configuration auditing. These roles do not involve performing the actual configuration but require auditing completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes. Key Responsibilities: * Audit QNXT configuration work against build sheets and documentation. * Verify that test claims were created and approved by the business owner. * Ensure configuration processes were followed correctly and consistently. * Collaborate with the existing contractor and QA team for training and knowledge transfer. * Document findings and report discrepancies or issues to relevant stakeholders. * Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards. Qualifications: * Familiarity with QNXT platform and configuration processes is required. * Experience in auditing, quality assurance, or healthcare claims systems. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. * Excellent communication and documentation skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
