The Clinical Director RN is responsible for managing the clinical department and ensures that resident needs are met, and care delivery expectations are achieved. This position is responsible for the management and supervision of all licensed nurses and unlicensed direct care team members. This position is also responsible for ensuring departmental compliance, high quality resident care, facility compliance with state and federal regulations, and professional standards of practice. About Us: Ecumen Prairie Hill and Ecumen Sand Prairie are hiring a Clinical Director RN in St Peter, MN. Ecumen Sand Prairie consists of 42 assisted living rental apartment homes, and Ecumen Prairie Hill consists of 43 independent living and assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 20 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services. Hours can vary based on community needs. Leader on duty rotation. Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $90,000 - $112,000 per year.
