Position Overview
Bluehawk is seeking a Graphic Developer - Mid to join USTRANSCOM/J2. In this role, you will apply advanced design, visualization, and multimedia skills to create high-visibility intelligence products. You will integrate graphics, text, audio, and video into compelling finished products that clearly convey analytic findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Collaborate with intelligence analysts to understand requirements and transform analytic ideas into impactful visual products.

• Design, develop, and edit graphics, illustrations, cartographic products, video content, and interactive multimedia.

• Enhance analytic assessments by producing visually compelling layouts, templates, and marketing materials.

• Apply advanced pre-publication techniques, font management, and image editing to meet Intelligence Community standards (e.g., D3 Style Guide).

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (or ability to obtain).

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in communications, design, or intelligence visualization.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Flash), Apple Final Cut Pro X, Mac hardware, Map Publisher, MS Office Suite, and other interactive graphics tools.

• Ability to translate complex or incomplete information into clear, actionable visual products.

• Strong independent work ethic with the ability to deliver high-quality results with minimal oversight.

• Demonstrated ability to produce concise, accurate, and timely products that enable mission readiness.

Desired Qualifications

• Portfolio or samples of prior design/layout projects.
