As an Associate Specialist in our HR Shared Service Team (known internally as the People Solution Center or PSC), you'll be the go-to partner for our Creators across the U.S. No two days are the same; you'll be solving problems, answering questions, and helping shape a smooth employee experience from start to finish. The People Solution Center Americas supports ~3,000 employees across six countries, providing world-class HR services with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and care. We manage HR processes, policies, and employee data in Workday, while serving as trusted partners to employees and managers alike. This role reports to the Manager, PSC - Americas. What You'll Do:
