If you're energized by fast-paced work, love connecting with people, and want to make an impact across the Americas, this role is for you!

The People Solution Center Americas supports ~3,000 employees across six countries, providing world-class HR services with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and care. We manage HR processes, policies, and employee data in Workday, while serving as trusted partners to employees and managers alike. This role reports to the Manager, PSC - Americas.

What You'll Do:

  • Keep employee records clean and up to date in Workday; pull reports when needed.

  • Spot opportunities to improve how we work - and share your ideas.

  • Deliver high-quality HR transactions and support in line with service levels.

  • Support hiring and onboarding after the offer stage - contracts, background checks, and getting new hires ready for Day One.

  • Conduct compliance checks (think: right-to-work, policy audits, and documentation).

  • Jump in on projects that make our People Solution Center even better.

What You Bring:

  • Real-world HR experience (bonus points if you've supported employees directly).

  • Comfortable navigating employee questions and solving day-to-day HR challenges.

  • Experience with HRIS systems, Workday is a big plus.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and shift gears quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is great, but equivalent experience works too!

  • Experience: 1-2 years in HR or a people-focused role (customer service counts, if you've solved problems and supported people, we want to hear from you).

  • Systems: Comfortable with HRIS systems; bonus points if you've clicked around Workday before.

  • Skills: Strong communicator, organized multitasker, and natural problem-solver who can roll with change in a fast-paced environment.

  • Mindset: Trusted with sensitive information, and you handle it with integrity and care.

Your Superpowers:
