City of Hope's growing national system includes its Los Angeles campus, a network of clinical care locations across Southern California, a new cancer center in Orange County, California, and cancer treatment centers and outpatient facilities in the Atlanta, Chicago and Phoenix areas. The successful candidate: *14 shifts per month-- 7 on/7off overnight shift --Will hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.* The Acute Care APP provides advanced clinical care to patients across all levels of acuity, including those requiring intensive care, within an acuity adaptable unit. This role is integral to the multidisciplinary team and supports the delivery of timely, evidence-based care. The APP performs comprehensive assessments, formulates differential diagnoses, initiates treatment plans, and executes critical care procedures in collaboration with attending physicians and nursing staff. This role manages patients across the continuum of care, including medical-surgical, step-down, and ICU-level acuity. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Minimum 1 years experience. Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Training Program OR Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN), Nurse Practitioner (NP) Licensure: Licensed/certified and eligible to practice as Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona OR Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Arizona For Nurse Practitioner: Certification as ACNP or AGACNP Certification: American Heart Basic Life Support (BLS) & ACLS Salary Range: Min: $136,660.00 Mid: $180,800.00 Max: $225,000.00 City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
