Position Summary

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Director, ERP Transformation & Strategy to drive our global ERP strategy in a high-growth electronics manufacturing environment. This role will own end-to-end ERP transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing, ensuring systems seamlessly support complex, high-volume operations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director, ERP Transformation & Strategy to oversee and drive our end-to-end enterprise applications strategy within the electronics manufacturing sector. This leader will be responsible for ensuring that our Oracle ERP platforms (including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement modules) are optimized to support high-volume, global manufacturing operations. The role requires a blend of deep ERP expertise, strong business acumen, and proven leadership in large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • ERP Strategy & Leadership:

    • Define and execute the long-term Oracle ERP roadmap to align with the company's global manufacturing and growth strategy.

    • Act as the primary business/technology liaison, influencing key stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

  • Program Delivery & Transformation:

    • Lead large-scale ERP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades across multiple plants and geographies.

    • Ensure ERP systems integrate seamlessly with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and other critical platforms.

    • Drive standardization, automation, and best practices across end-to-end processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Plan-to-Produce).

  • Operations & Continuous Improvement:

    • Oversee ERP system stability, compliance, and security in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.

    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce cycle times, and optimize working capital.

    • Establish robust governance frameworks and KPIs to monitor ERP performance and business outcomes.

  • Leadership & Team Development:

    • Build and mentor a high-performing global ERP team of business analysts, solution architects, and technical consultants.

    • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure user adoption, change management, and long-term ERP sustainability.

    • Partner with executive leadership and vendors (Oracle, system integrators) to deliver business value.

Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

    • 10+ years of progressive experience in ERP leadership, with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite.

    • Proven experience leading ERP transformation in electronics manufacturing or a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment.

  • Technical & Functional Skills:

    • Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP modules: Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management.

    • Familiarity with semiconductor/electronics-specific challenges such as component sourcing, contract manufacturing, and global supply chain complexities.

    • Understanding of integration with MES, PLM, and advanced analytics platforms.

    • Strong grasp of compliance requirements (SOX, export control, trade compliance).

  • Leadership Competencies:

    • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at the C-suite and plant level.

    • Ability to lead large, globally distributed teams and external partners.

    • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on business outcomes, cost optimization, and scalability.
